Hotwire has a great offer – 4-star hotels at 2-star prices, but they have to hide the hotel name in order to give people such good deals. When someone uses the website, they don't quite understand why they have to hide the name and they think there's a problem.
There isn't a problem, we just need to educate people on the way Hotwire works. When you hide the hotel name, the price goes down. When you show it, the price goes up. Simple.
